Short Sale Incentives or Relocation Expenses Arizona

Here’s how it works.  As it stands at the time of this article was written, if you short sale your home under the government’s HAFA program you can get up to $4500 combined cash to help you move. How’s that for an incentive? The incentive is generous because the federal government and major banks have realized that is ultimately cheaper for you to sell your home instead of abandon it to foreclosure.  Short Sale Incentives or Relocation Expenses Arizona

The banks don’t want to be in the real estate business, and over the past few years they have worked diligently to streamline the short sale process.

Additionally, the Save Our Home AZ program offers additional incentives, to give up to $4,500 total to homeowners who chose short sale through the HAFA program.  Would you like to learn more about incentives available for your short sale, or what to expect if you do a short sale?  Call me at 602.403.7799.  You want someone with experience to help you through this process.
